(For those that don't have slots you will find it in your inventory or already equipped on you)

These capes are for vanity purposes and do not give additional bonuses in stats or
abilities. They do not drop from any monsters that you can find in the game. 8-)

They are Chi Capes without the bonuses, that u can wear at lvl 1+... <.<

Good thing I didn't get to A5 before they handed em out... Guess I can always wear it on my storage account......

Nope, no elite. Just a lvl 1 cape that resembles your respective factions chi cape; yet gives u no bonus..
