Now i tried contacting customer support and they couldn't get to bottom of this problem so i had to test everything.
and i got to solution. its AVG Antivirus program. Avira too. Somehow those two bypass their exclusions and still block 12sky2.exe and some other. So easy solution is to unistall AVG/Avira and install Bit-Defender instead.
