Hey guys! just want to know what Imperial Pardon does? will it make me level fast?

currently im A9 (TG) I need guide to level fast, some player in game give me phoenix pills to boost my exp but other than that what else?

Imperial pardon are used to prevent a possible Palace Rank decrease should you fail. They have nothing to do with experiance gain.

For experience boost there are: Griffen Pills, Amalgate Pill, Phoenix Tears and Phoenix Pills as you mentioned yourself.
