Refine Recovery Kit



During event period, by purchasing this item from our Webmall, you will be able to protect first refine decrease value for your item.

How does this sistem work?

First, you need to log off your account and purchase Refine Recovery Kit from our Webmall. After your purchase, our system will monitor your refine processes. With this item, you will have chance to recover your first fail.

After you purchase and fail, you need to send us ticket for refine recovery.

For Example;
You have 14 Refine Saber and you want to protect first refine decrease from this value. We go Webmall and buy Refine Recovery Kit and start refining item. Your refine results are;

Success at 1st try: 15 Refine Saber
Success at 2nd try: 16 Refine Saber
Fail at 3rd try: 15 Refine Saber

At this point, you need to send us ticket to make your refine back to 16. Before you send your ticket, make sure your refine value is 15 and item is in your vault. After you send ticket, our GMs will check logs and increase the refine value of your item.

You can purchase Refine Recovery Kit from our Webmall for 1200 Mokens. Refine Recovery Kit contains 5x Refining Stone inside. After you purchase the item, your refine protection will start.

Refine Recovery Kit will be available on our Webmall 16 April 2014 at 06:00 GMT.

Note: Refine Recovery Kit does not prevent your item from being destroyed. This item only helps you to recover your fail. To prevent your item from destroy, you need to use Dragon Scale. Please note that, if you don't use Dragon Scale and your items destroys, we do not provide any help.

Note: Refine Recovery tickets will be replied only weekdays between 06:00 AM - 15:00 PM GMT.

Protection chance will expire 3 days after you purchase Refine Recovery Kit.
