RF 114= Kirin+luck stone u need (Also mokens needed) or alot in money

Well a bit truth amber what kaydi says because I'm R12 and I have no cash for this kind of events that you suggest. Palace rank will make only better war sitters now and refine items will make our r12 stronger what I have some problems to kill even i have wlc and purple set high %. I would like to see new events to make people coming d12 and fight with us not make only R12s to make them properly stronger and even new R12s won't stand a chance to kill the same lvl as they are.

You can not get the buff if you did not stay at A33 level. You can be awarded according to your last level at the end of the event.
