The primary concern of our company (MAYN Interactive) is to enable our end-users (players) to derive maximum enjoyment from our services. At times, player behavior exceeds acceptable norms and these accounts thus become liable for punishment according to our terms of use. Such behavior includes but is not limited to the following category / acts:


1. Harassment:
Actions or activity which affect the gameplay experience for other players.

1a. Impersonation:
Any combination of nickname or conduct intimating that you are a representative of or operating in a position of responsibility at MAYN Interactive when you are not.

1b. Solicitation
Any combination of nickname or conduct intimating products and/or services unrelated to that which MAYN Interactive provides.

1c. Spam
Any combination of nickname or conduct containing undesirable, unsolicited or repetitive content.

1d. Offensive Content
Any combination of nickname or conduct intended to insult or offend.

1e. Trademarks
Any combination of nickname or conduct that infringes copyright law.

1f. Religious Figures
Any combination of nickname or conduct that refers or relates to religious figures.

1g. Gibberish
Any combination of nickname or conduct containing convoluted, meaningless text.


2. Unfair Advantage
Actions or activity that provide an advantage exceeding the well established norms of a Mark 1 Mod 0 Human Being in the intended Game World Constraints.

2a. Exploits
Any direct or indirect usage of bugs to obtain any advantage.

2b. Cheats
Any direct or indirect tampering of Game Files or Code to obtain any advantage.


3. Illegal Acts
Actions or activity in contravention of international law or against the interests of MAYN Interactive

3a. Real Money Trades
Any combination of nickname or conduct intimating transfer of virtual goods or services for real currency.

3b. Criminal Activity
Any combination of nickname or conduct intimating illegal substances, alcohol, sex, firearms, or illegal or criminal activity.


Official Punishment Mechanisms:

MAYN Interactive metes out official punishments in order to preserve the well-being of the game, community or MAYN Interactive's interests. These punishments are communicated through email, and at this time are limited to the following:

Warning Email:
An email may be sent from either no-reply@mayngames.com or crimecraft@mayngames.com detailing the rule broken. The email might contain advice on how you may avoid breaking that rule in the future.

Permanent Ban Email:
An email may be sent from either no-reply@mayngames.com or crimecraft@mayngames.com detailing the rule broken and that your account has been permanently banned (ie, access to any of MAYN Interactive's services or games has been permanently removed).
