As there was a problem with the server login screen previously, some players may encounter a 10 Minutes Disconnection issue.

If you are encountering this problem, please post your character names in this thread and we will fix your account as soon as possible.

No, boom, my R12 Odyssey is ok somehow... I got this 10min DC when I tried to invade sky (when I ported to Forbidden City). When I got back home from the gym, everything was ok.

Not banned, hunni.
If you got banned, it says like acccount is suspended. You are one of many who got this error.

I think GM's are working on fixing this right (I hope).

If it really does say Account suspended for you, then it is banned. Similar problem occured not long ago. GM explained how you can unban your account. But I don't know where THAT thread is. I think it was to recover the 2nd password and all done. Not exactly sure. Chill hun :/

snake town map is down if your snake cahr is in that map u wont be able to login till the map is fixed ;O
